I’ve owned these hiking poles for 10 years and LOVE them. They are lightweight and have a shock-absorbing spring built-in.  The customer service at Leki is fantastic.  After 4 years of continual use, my pole had an internal issue which they attempted to walk me through over the phone.  When that was unsuccessful Leki simply sent me a brand new pole!
